This stunning brass pen is made of solid brass and is a compact everyday carry when capped (10.5cm). Thus the Kaweco slogan Small in the pocket, great in the hand.

Made in Germany, each pen is made of solid brass and features a metal Kaweco logo on the top push button. These pens can be used with a wide variety of internationanl D1 refills.

As a gift set it comes with the iconic Kaweco metal pen tin, a stainless steel pocket clip and a Kaweco 1.0mm blue refill to get you started.

Brass Sport

In the beginning of the industrial age pens were made of hard rubber (Ebonite). The material was just polished. Brass was already used for pens, but mainly for the ornamental elements, such as clips and decorative rings. The cartridge technology finally made the usage of other materials possible, because the ink no longer came in contact with the metal. Around 1550 brass was purposefully cast for the first time and thus offered a variety of applications.

With daily use the Kaweco brass Sport will develop a natural and individual patina, specific to the user.
