Purpose:
BAA invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for aviation security screening services at the following airstrips:

1. John Greif II – San Pedro

2. Sir Barry Bowen Municipal Airport – Belize City

3. Punta Gorda Airstrip

4. Placencia Airstrip

5. Ranchito Airstrip – Corozal

6. Pelican Beach Airstrip – Dangriga

7. Caye Caulker Municipal

Requirements:

• Proposals must follow the Instructions to Bidders and Proposal Documents (available free from BAA office in Belize City, by email, or from the MOF procurement website).

• A mandatory Pre-proposal Meeting and site visits will be held September 15–19, 2025.

• Contractors must submit three (3) hardcopies of their proposals.
